We are proud winners of a TVBEurope "Best at Show" award at this year's IBC Exhibition in Amsterdam.

We were delighted that the new SoftRail feature for TR-XT and SmartPed was recognized by the judges as a powerful new concept in robotic camera control and one which will enhance the flexibility of almost any live news / sports studio now and in the future.

No longer will a studio be tied-down to a design laid out in physical rails.  SoftRail brings the benefit of a tightly designed path, following the contours of a studio or set element, while removing the need for any physical rail installation.  At the press of a button the constraints of the rail path can be removed or modified allowing for total future proofing and flexibility.

As with all our innovations, it's the clever simplicity that really makes SoftRail special - no complicated configurations or operational interventions required.  Simply define the rail path

with a key-frame sequence, then enable the rail, and let the SmartPed do the rest!

Thanks to the TVB Europe judges and especially to many visitors to the both who experienced the demonstration and gave us such incredibly positive feedback.  We're already inspired for the next innovation, and who knows,  maybe another award!
