TP-64VR
TP-64VR is a VR version of the compact, lightweight TP-64 Pedestal, with the addition of high precision built-in encoders. The pedestal uses the well proven cassette spring balance mechanisms to ensure long term reliability with minimal maintenance. Spring-balanced pedestals are not affected by changes in the studio temperature and so remain balanced under all conditions.

The TP-64VR pedestal offers the same VR tracking capabilities of all our VR pedestal systems, but is based on the simpler TP-64 pedestal with 2 stage height column and spring-balanced mechanisms. Although based on a simpler pedestal, the VR tracking system is identical to the TP-80AVR and TP-90VR pedestals using the same referencing methods and Serial Position Interface (SPI). The pedestal is generally paired with the TU-03AVR head depending on the total payload requirements.
When combined with our our SPi-Touch System the pedestal may use the new 2-point reference procedure without the need for any reference floor tile.
As with all our VR tracking systems the TP-64VR is fully compatible with all leading VR systems.
